Over the years as a women’s health physiotherapist, I’ve been asked hundreds of times about the products I personally use, recommend in clinic, or regularly hear positive feedback about from clients.

So I thought it would be helpful to put together one easy-to-find page with some of my go-to recommendations for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health, exercise rehab and running.

A small disclaimer: some of the links below are affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission if you purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. I only ever recommend products I genuinely use myself, trust professionally, or have consistently had good feedback about from clients.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Pregnancy and early motherhood place huge demands on the body. These are some of the products I often recommend to help with comfort, recovery and movement during this stage.

Pelvic Health & Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction can feel overwhelming, but the right support tools can sometimes make a huge difference alongside proper assessment and rehab.

These are products I commonly recommend within pelvic health rehabilitation.

Exercise & Rehab

Movement is such an important part of recovery, strength and long-term pelvic health.

These are some simple but effective rehab tools I regularly use myself and prescribe to clients.

Running & Women’s Running

As a runner myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable, supported and able to recover well — especially postpartum or when managing pelvic floor symptoms.

These are a few products I genuinely rate.

Final Thoughts

You absolutely do not need loads of products to recover well, get stronger or improve pelvic health. Good rehab, appropriate exercise, education and support matter most.

But there are definitely certain tools and products that can make things easier, more comfortable and more manageable — and these are the ones I come back to time and time again both personally and professionally.

I’ll continue updating this page as I discover more products I genuinely love and trust.
